Some great little ones...

Since my cousins (5 and 2) and their parents are with us at the moment I might not have the time to post too much for the next couple days.
Well, at this age kids are just so sweet - unless they're tired of course - so I should enjoy the time ;-)

Nooo!!! Why didn't you tell me?!?

So now, I the title is exactly what I wanted to shout over and over yesterday evening.
Without school I'm just a hute mess and have no clue what day and what time it is.
When I came home from Würzburg yesterday (I'd been visiting a friend with 2 other friends there) I went on-line and completely forgot the time and day. No one told me it was Friday and with thecurtains closed I didn't realite it was getting darker and darker - and therefore later and later. After 9 p.m. I was still on-line which doesn't work too well with me being religious - or more exactly, trying to get this working for me better...
Right now I'm in the middle of getting used to the easier things of being Jewish before I actually meet up with a rabbi (some time in October or November this year, if everything works out the way I want it to...)
Well, I guess this just means I should probably set my alarm for five minutes before the next time, so I have enough time to get off-line and do what I intended instead of being absorbed by work.

Great news I completely forgot...

I received the forms to register at the University of Augsburg (Bavaria, Germany). This was so amazing! I mean, it wouldn't be my first choice to study to become a teacher for English and French - not with me wanting to become a lawyer since I was about 8 years old - but hey, the knowledge that I can study there - with my two beloved cousins so near - that's just awesome!!!

Just a bit more info about me!

Hi!
My name is Kathrin, I'm 20 years old and I currently live in Germany (near Frankfurt/Main). At the moment I'm sitting at home waiting for replies from the universities I applied to. This is quite annoying, cause I can't do a thing about it. :( I think I applied to 7 universities (Or was it 6?!? I'm confused!).
I'm one big book-a-holic and if no one stops me I buy a book whenever I pass a book store. This forced me to make a vow. No more books until my TBR pile is under 40 books - which will take quite a while with Mt. TBR containing 88 books...
I'm also a fan of various TV series and shows like Profiler, Crossing Jordan, CSI, Charmed, Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, Friends...
I used to do judo for about 6.5 years - until I had problems with my knees and had my finals coming up, but I plan on doing some martial arts again as soon as I'm at university. Well, we'll see which one it will be - this depends on what is 'available' there and how expensive it is. So guys, you better watch out, I've never been in the mood for lousy sayings and lately I'*ve developed some kind of kick-ass-mentality ;-)
More will come later :)
Kathrin
